Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.

The materials contained on our site are provided for general information purposes only and do not claim to be or constitute legal or other professional advice and shall not be relied upon as such.
We do not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information on this site and to the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude all liability for loss or damages direct or indirect arising from use of this site.
Delivery Times
For all items ordered from the web site, which in stock, (usually if an item is available to order, it is in stock but mistakes can occasionally happen), we will make every effort to dispatch them within 24 working hours. We will attempt to dispatch orders placed before 1.30 on a working day on the same day. If for any reason, we are unable to do this, we will contact you using the information entered on the order to advise you of the situation and the proposed remedy.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the sub-contractor responsible for deliveries.
All deliveries are sent using a signed for service. If you decide to allow the delivery company to leave the order without a signature Cheer World will have no responsibility should the order be lost or damaged. That responsibility will rest with the customer.
When we quote a delivery date for orders placed through the office, that date is to the best of our knowledge achievable and we will make every effort to achieve it. However, we do not accept any liability for any loss, damage or expense, direct or indirect, of any kind arising from our failure to meet the delivery date.
Privacy
By ordering items from us you accept that we will store information given to us in order to process the order. We will never pass this information to third parties without your consent, apart from that information required by our sub-contractor to deliver the goods.
Pricing
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK but have a valid EU VAT Number, please contact our Customer Service team by phone or email at [email protected] prior to placing an order so that we can verify the validity of this number. Once verified, we can ensure that VAT is not applied to your orders.
Please note customers placing orders for delivery outside the UK may be subject to domestic import and duty taxes on those orders. Please check with your local authorities before placing your order to ascertain whether import duties will be payable as Cheer World is not responsible for these charges. All prices shown are exclusive of any import and duty taxes.
In the event of price changes with our suppliers and/or exchange rate fluctuations, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices without notice.
Ordering
When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right not to accept your order. This may occur, for example, where we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item or location, or the item ordered is out of stock indefinitely or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
Stock Availability
We do our best to keep our stock system as accurate and up to date as possible. Occasionally the stock system may not be completely up to date, and in this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any changes to delivery dates.
Exchanges and Returns
Please note that we only accept exchanges and refunds (other than for reasons of manufacturing faults) for trainers, socks and cropped tops, as all other items are made to order. We cannot accept returns of briefs for hygiene reasons.
If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you have received, or you require a different size, then you can return them for a refund of the item price or an exchange, within 30 days from the date of receipt.
We can only exchange between sizes of shoes. We cannot exchange one style to another. If you order one style of shoe, but decide you want to change it to a different product, you will need to place a new order online for that item, and have the first refunded.
Goods must be returned to us unused and in as-new condition, and shoes must come with their shoeboxes/bags. Please note that we are only able to accept items that have not been worn or damaged.
If you wish to return an item or items then please print out and complete the “Return / Exchange Form” from the web site and send it with your parcel to the address below.
Please ensure that items returned to us are sent via Royal Mail Signed For service. Items are the sender’s responsibility until they are received back in good condition by Cheer World. We will not be able to refund or exchange items that we do not receive.
The initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, and not for exchanges or incorrect orders.
We will process exchanges and refunds within 2-3 working days of receipt of product. We will pay the postage to send out the first exchange against an order only; any subsequent exchanges must be paid for both ways by the customer.
If you have an item that appears to be faulty, please email photographs of the damage to [email protected]. Do not return the item to us unless requested by a member of staff. We will contact you in response and take the matter from there.
